The International Students Office provides housing support groups to inform new students about housing availability in Prague at the beginning of each semester.

The International Students Office

UNVA recognizes that individuals from different cultures and educational systems have different needs. The staff at the International Student Office provides students with pertinent services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Services include orientation sessions, coordination of campus and community services for international students, assistance with academic and para academic problems and emergencies, assistance with immigration matters, administration of emergency loans, liaison with sponsoring agencies and governmental sponsors, transfer of funds, and matters related to the health insurance plan.

• Pre-Departure Guide for International Students: This booklet will provide you with step-by-step procedures on how to obtain the proper immigration documents in order to study in Prague and in the Czech Republic. • The International Student Handbook: Are you thinking about coming to study at UNVA? If so, then consult our International Student Handbook. This publication contains pertinent information for international students regarding living in Prague and services available at UNVA.
